I wondered about this.
I assumed it just gives like a gel that gives 'body' to your hair to make it look and feel thicker, but it doesn't actually restore your hair or let you regain hair- but if that was the case I suppose it would be regarded as misleading.

Never used it - don't need to! However, minoxidil is effective in treating male-pattern baldness. The downside is that you have to continue to use it forever - or you lose what you gained! And it is PRICEY.
