There have been some suggestions that it's Gary Glitter's Rock'n'Roll part 2 but although there are similarities it isn't that one.And surely no advertsier would make that mistake! I remember someone saying it's something by XTC but I haven't checked up on that

The Snap song was used on Pampers adverts but that was quite a few years ago.
I think martymod means the one which sounds like the Gary Glitter backing track
