"THE WINGS" and its by Gustavo Santaolalla.
Its on the Brokback Mountain Soundtrack

I found the dance version of this song on Grooveshark. Its a pretty cool sight. Only pity you cant download it. The song is WIngs( Gabriel & Dresden's Org by Gustavo Santaolalla) on the album Beatwerkz presents DJ D Minus.
