Bobby Crush and Mrs Mills....
29 Answers
... I have just been doing my piano impression on my desk for the benefit of my workmate (don't ask - it's Tuesday & we're bored). She guessed it was some creature from the Muppet Show until I revealed it was Bobby Crush in his velvet suit & dicky bow, trying to out-Mrs Mills Mrs Mills.
She just looked at me gone out. She's 24 and has no idea of who either of them are.
Don't some days just make you feel really old?

During most of her appearances she played two pianos (though not at the same time!).
She played a grand piano, but also had her "other" piano. This was a "honky-tonk" affair which, rumour has it, was bought in a junk shop for a few pounds. On this she played a lot of ragtime and boogie numbers.
Winfred was also the pianist for the theme tune of BBC's early snooker series "Pot Black" (which no doubt nobody else remembers either).
