I always thought it was meant to sound like someone sneezing heavily and trying to say "excuse me" at the same time, therefore coming out like a strangled "scuseme"!!

Thanks for your replies, my daughter said she thought they were shouting out 'stupid' but that didn't make sense either! Ah well, just a regular weird advert!!
