When you buy the game it should be in there, unless you have bought the game second hand or...........naught naughty you xbox is chipped.
(if your xbox is chipped then please dont play the downloaded games UNTIL there actual release date in your country because microsoft are teaming up with software companies and PURPOSLY releasing games to the downloaded pirate public so they can ban you FORRREVERRRRRRR........lol)
Other than that id check the marketplace-downloadable content-All games- Gears of war 2
