That remix was the actual track used for the ad.

A couple of years ago there was a Golf ad that had the love theme from Zeffirelli's Romeo and Juliet. The cars were crying because they had all been modified with massive air intakes, etc. I only know this because I asked a question on this site and someone else answered it.
