audi advert early 1990s

I was trying to find the advert from the early 90s from audi, i think it is for th audi coupe. It's where this bloke recieves a phone call and he takes his son and they dash to a hospital where his wife has a baby what i am after is the dramatic latin vesper sounding pursuit music to get to the hospital, I think jasper Carrott parodied the advert it in one of his shows as a chinese takeaway would be grateful if anyone hd the answer if they have the music
