It sounded a bit reggae. Very slow to start with but within about 45 seconds or so kicked into a more dancy beat.

The only bit of lyrics I can recall is the word(s) shine/shine on.

No - maybe I should have said it wasn't the obvious. I've never heard it before so I assume it is new/newish. If I could remember more of the lyrics I'd google it, just wondering if anyone knew what I was on about.
