Young lady running through a field with butterlies everywhere. I think it was a Timotei advert. The lyrics were "If it feels good, do it". Possibly a limara advert?.
Been looking for over twenty years now, so this is close to the end.

Here`s the Limara ad but it doesn`t contain those lyrics and there`s no lyrics at all in the timotei ads! :)
