Hallmark TV Ad

There has been a new promo shown on the Hallmark channel for the last couple of weeks showing scenes from House, Law and Order, etc, all edited together. It sounds like two different songs spliced together, its the latter one that I like, its a woman singing and sounds like a country ballad. Does any when know what its called and who's it by?
