Yes, its called Perdita and its from the David Lynch film 'Wild at Heart'. It's on all three of the adverts they've got out at the moment, the Carrot Top Katy one, the one where the brunette is meeting her boyfriend's mum for the first time, and the blonde bumping into her ex in the supermarket one.
