New W Golf advert (night driving)

Hi - just seen the new advert for the VW Golf. Can anyone out there tell me 1) who is the narrator and 2) what is the piece he is reciting - we thought it sounded like Richard Burton but we are not sure. Thanks in advance (cos I know someone will know!)

Its from a bbc play called 'under milk wood' by Dylan Thomas
