I can't remember what it was advertising but it was a little animated girl riding her bike through town handing out smiles. The song went something like "with a smile..and a ribbon in my hair". Please help! I haven't a clue!

Hi,
Not much help i know, But i also tried to found out what the song was called, It was an advert for the national lottery and i loved it, it was so catchy.
A Smile and a Ribbon (1950 song)

A Smile and a Ribbon is a song by 1950s music act Patience and Prudence. It appeared as a B-side on the single for Tonight You Belong to Me in 1956.

The song is featured in the graphic novel Ghost World, and in the movie version of Ghost World. It is main character Enid Coleslaw's missing piece of childhood memorabilia, although erroneously depicts "A Smile and a Ribbon" as the main single. The song also recently featured in a National Lottery advertisement in the UK.
