What is the music on the trailer for Stephen Merchants BBC radio 6 programme? Its the one with all the lazy people doing things like stacking peas with chopsticks etc

Haha I'd been trying to remember this one for the past 24 hours. It was doing my head in until I got up this morning and remembered the singers voice....your answer is:

Lol I'd double check if I was you, record the advert and play it at the same time as you play The Eels...its definitley that song.

Yeh, I did double check and its definately not the Eels. oh and btw is Mr E's Beautiful Blues not beautful day ;-)

I decided to take my own advice and double check myself...you were right, they aren't the same at all lol.

This puts us right back to square bloody one.

If you find out before me, please let me know as this is gonna haunt me lol.

I've emailed BBC 6 music to try and find out so will hopefully have an answer soon.

Haha I knew it was The Eels, the lead singers voice kept coming into my head everytime I thought about that advert.

The song is 'Last stop this town', there's no doubt about it.
