who knows of a song thats basicly about being/not being (cant quiet remember which) superstitious the lyrics in some way include black cats and walking under ladders. its a female singer of who i remember sounds kinda like anastacia but i dont know if its anyone like her who rele sings it. any ideas as to who sings it and who its by?

Yep, it was Des'ree and the track was called 'Life'. It got some stick for the excellent rhyming of 'I don't want to see a ghost, that's the sight that I fear most, Rather have a piece of Toast.'.
I like it though :)
