Un-install Something 7 or do a system restore. If you can find out the name of what you installed you may get a better answer.
Is it April the first already?
Yes if you read the posted date in the American manner.
Presumably ladybarbara means IE7.
rather use Firefox.

Yes, "scattybarbara" meant internet explorer 7.
I expected more courteous and helpful answers than these.
I wanted to know if this problem is due to IE 7 before I uninstal it.
Thank you so much
I gave a perfectly reasonable answer to a rather uninformative question. Stating you have a problem with "Something" 7 is not really good enough to get a better answer. If you want more helpful answers then may I suggest you find out the name of the software you are having a problem with before posting a question about it. Common sense really.

It doesn't excuse the rather rude answers you received after mine though. Shame on you 2.

Oh, and my first answer still stands. Remove IE 7 and if the problem goes away then... well you can probably work the rest out.

Thank you. You knew what I meant!
Sorry if my post caused offence; it was only intended as a light-hearted play on numbers in response to what, in all honesty, was a rather scatty question.
I did in fact identify IE7 though and I stand by my recommendation to use Firefox rather than IE

It's OK, I know I'm scatty with a computer but it was a genuine question, badly worded.
If I knew how to uninstal it I would, so I think I will live with the problem.
If you want to uninstall Internet Explorer 7 - Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and it should be near the bottom of the list with the name Windows Internet Explorer 7. Highlight this and then click Remove. Once this has been uninstalled you will be left with the previous version, Internet Explorer 6. From here, if you wish, you could download and install Firefox.

Hope this helps!!
