Possibly Guiness but I think it was Carlsberg lager. The quote featured in the old black and white wartime film 'Ice cold in Alex' with John Mills drinking a Carlsberg larger at the end. (the glass in the film had the Carlsberg logo on the side).

The ad in more recent years I think carried the phrase on.
