how do i take my music from my music libraray on my computer and install it on my nano

You need to intall itunes and do it through that, free download if you havnt got it already, just search itunes.

But if you have your library already in -i-tunes software - you might need to create playlists etc - your nano will be recognized when connected through USB, then automatically upload your music to your nano. if you Nano doesnt get recognized in the left hand column, there's something wrong with your connection.
