Yes you receive 100% of all compensation

Is it just me, or does that advert try and imply that the injured party gets the compensation....and thats it

Of course the advert wouldnt sound as good if they said..Oh yes you get a cheque for 100% compensation....BUT then we invoice you for a chunk of that...

Its a godawful advert anyway

no you get 100%comp but any fees they charge are paid by the company you claim over and above any your comp
I hate these adverts with a passion!

I remember the ad where they had a lady saying something like "I fell asleep at the wheel and when I woke up I realised I had had an accident, and got 8k" or however much it was.

... and the guy who used the wrong ladder when installing an alarm. If he doesn't have the correct ladder on his van, he shouldn't be installing alarms!

These ads must have an even lower budget than those dubbed yoghurt ads brought over from Europe!

Rant over.
Have you been injured in an accident due to your own crass stupidity? Want to make someone else pay for your own lack of basic common sense? Do you have no conscience about leaving them up poo creek financially as long as you salvage some pride? Then phone AmbulanceChasers-R-Us today. Thanks to our tried and tested technique of getting judges drunk and buttering them up by telling them how much we've always admired them, we always win...and we'll make the poor saps you're suing pay our exorbitant costs too.

If you're in doubt, we'll even advise you on whom to sue and what for - you'll be amazed and delighted how easily blame can be apportioned.
