Stick it on your spoon! Silver Spoon?

Anybody remember this from around 1991? There was a spoon dancing on a table singing a song which contained at least the following "Stick it on your sppon, stick it with a twist, stick it on your shopping list!"

For some bizarre reason, i'd love to hear it again. Does anybody know if it's online somewhere.

I really wish I hadn't read this. I do remember that song and it is going round and round in my head now!!
Will get back to you if I can think of any more words to help find it.

I think this started out on spitting image.
