if you mean party political broadcasts at election time on behalf of each party (except the BNP who are rightly not allowed to) - then yes.

I was not specific enough. I'd like to have access to the video clip political commercials/adverts on the issues you mentioned. Can you please help me further? What are the sites, how do I find them? Thank you.

The BNP did have a TV election broadcast for the 1997 general election. It was quite marvellous to see them being given enough rope to hang themselves - after five minutes of jaw-droppingly nasty rhetoric, nobody wanted to vote for them.
