Indeed - but the Blues Brothers' homage is a spanking version, and the ad. is loosly based on the film scene.

As a side point - does anyone know who actually sung on the Blues brothers tracks? It surely cant be Ackroyd and Beluchi - bit of a Minni Vanilli i think.
Ps not having a go boobesque - just like to give the original artists their 'props' - and i must admit i havent even seen the ad in question!

I think it was Ackroyd and Belushi actually - certainly sounds like them, and a lot of actors do sing reasonably well.

Great film - so many favourite scenes:
Aretha Franklin in a pinny, Carrie Fisher in the tunnel with the rocket launcher where Belushi takes his glasses off, the muzak in the lift whilst they are being chased by half of America's law enforcers- i could go on. Genius!
