Based on my knowledge of James Bond films and lack of any Russian whatsoever, I think it's Ni�t (pronounced nyet).

The transliteration would be 'nyet' or 'niet'. I think Zen has tried to do the actual Russian word, but it doesn't look as if AB likes the Cyrillic alphabet!
