This person is a Japanese ruling party member (@miosugita) who told the women who were raped were faulty (in "Japan's Secret Shame" broadcasted on BBC on 28th June.)
I am Japanese, so I do not want to publish such the embarrassing video in my heart.
However, I thought that I had to make it public.
Please spread this video.
