Who sings the version of 'Lion sleeps tonight' in the new persil advert where Doris is walking down a suburban street with her washing and ends up in the jungle washing at the riverside?

..."This distinctive tune may have earned The Tokens a No. I hit in 1961 under the title "The Lion Sleeps Tonight," but theirs was by no means the first recording. Originally a South African Zulu hunting song, "Wimoweh" was familiar to folk audiences from The Weavers' 1952 hit version."...
And Tight Fit made No 1 in 1982 !!
Strictly speaking, Wimoweh and The Lion Sleeps Tonight are not exactly the same song - TLST is a re-working of the original African song (called Mbube, the pronunciation of which was misheard as Wimoweh) with added English lyrics. Wimoweh (i.e. without the "in the jungle" lyrics), was a 1961 hit in the UK for Karl Denver - I think, but am not sure, that that's the version in the ad.
