Dame May Whitty was the lady who vanished, and appears in the advert. The leads were played by Margaret Lockwood and Michael Redgrave.

The film was a Hitchcock classic and still worth a look, especially for the first appearance of the 'Charters and Caldicott' (?) cricket-obsessed characters, who were so popular they appeared in other films as a result.
