Does anyone know the name of the song, and the artist who performed it, that was eventually used in the Cadbury's Flake adverts? I've been searching for ages with no success so far. I would really appreciate any assistance. Thanks!

Basically, I'm looking for the original song which I first heard on a compilation love album, I think it was called "All By Myself II", many years ago. I always thought that the music that accompanied the Flake advert had been written specifically for it so I was very surprised to find that it was in fact a beautiful song that had subsequently been used by Cadburys. It must be galling for the songwriter concerned to realise that his creation is more famous for chocolate than for its musical merit, of which it has plenty. I can't believe that I still can't identify the name of the song or the artist after all this time! It'll be the death of me yet!! Any help will be much thought of. Thanks for the replies so far.
As far as i can remember it is called 'only the tenderest love' by Graham Stokes.
