I have heard an advert for I think a toyota car on Xfm on numerous occasions. It's about working for your dreams or following your dreams. I love the voice and was wondering what the accent was. Can anyone help?

Im pretty sure thats a honda advert and i think the accent is sorta japanese/american very strange accent!
