According to jeffbwood, it's by peter lawlor and is called ice. it was specially written for the advert and is apparently not available on general release (http://www.absolutelyandy.com/tvadverts/)

Peter Lawlor - Ice is actually the music used in the previous Orange ad. Not sure what the music is for the hands with Orange squares on.
