I believe it's just a real gymnast in a fat suit. You can tell by the way the suit is rigid that it isn't real, although some clever CGI may have been used to "blend" the suit and the gymnast more realistically.

It has to be a "fat suit"

when he does a hand stand, his stomach dosent sag upwards.  There are some cut in camera angles at the end to make it  look like  the flips are one after the other but they are not

Either way, HATS OFF to the gymnast underneath!!!!  I'm not even sure if I can still do cartwheels, let alone whilst wearing a huge big suit like that.  I'm not saying kazza was criticising the gymnast, but I think he/she deserves big applause for doing ANY of it, even if they did "cheat" a bit with camera angles.
