How can I get back my power of attorney that I gave to a trusted relative when I bought a business in U.S.A. I need it back to achieve immigration to U.S.A but he is refusing to give up his poer of attorney. So where do I stand?

if its a UK power of attorney then you as the diner can revoke it at any time. 5f its a USA PoA you need to get guidance from a US lawyer
if its a UK power of attorney then you as the donor can revoke it at any time. If its a USA PoA you need to get guidance from a US lawyer

Thanks, but the POA was drafted/signed in the UK in the presence of a lawyer. The POA was for a business venture in the USA. So, where do I stand now.....?
why don't you go back to the solicitor who drew it up?
by the way, well done for working out how to answer!
I still see no resin why you can't revoke the PoA. If you used a UK solicitor return to them.
