Classified adverts to the world?

I want to advertise a service that can be delivered globally - teaching English via Skype, but I don't know how to reach countries around the globe using classified ads. There are a lot of local advert websites on which I've tried to advertise but I get the impression their reach is limited. Does anyone know of a global equivalent of the US's 'Craigslist' or the UK's Gumtree (which also reaches for example Hong Kong but doesn't allow non-residents to advertise there!). I thought about putting an ad on eBay but I think that's only for the UK. I don't think there is another site that has a global reach unless anyone know differently.

most places have a craigslist (for example i just googled craiglist argentina - i have a friend there and she usue it all the time) I'm not great at spanish, but it seems i could still post
