What's the song from the Saab 93 Convertible - 'fool nature' advert, that goes:
"Summer breeze makes me feel fine...." ?

The song is called Summer Breeze - the original version is by The Isley Brothers (I haven't seen the ad, so can't say if that's the version they use).

It is indeed the Isley Brothers version. Check out a version by Type O Negative for another goodie too!

Hey, sorry split hairs but the original was written and sung in 1972 by a songwriting duo called Seals and Crofts - it's a lovely version and the album is also called Summer Breeze. The Isley Bros one came along a year later. Please buy a Seals and Crofts album, they're great!
