I am sick and tired of people who do not pick up after their dogs have cr*pped!

Went to the park yesterday and saw two young lads walking their dogs, one dog started pooing and they both just casually walked away as if they didn't see a thing!
I even shouted across the park at them very loudly and said " Would you like a bag?"
After completely ignoring me I shouted " I guess not!"
Disgusting. So many children playing there too. It's a real problem because by the time you ring up the dog warden, they have moved on.
Rant over!

The owner started to walk off as if to leave it so I informed them that unless they pick it up I'll follow them and take a crap on their doorstep.
I had to provide the bag, but they did pick it up.

totally agree, however its not just dog crap which litters our streets, parks, pavements etc.
Walking home from work yesterday behind a young teen couple eating pies, they both just threw their silver foil pie dishes on the floor and carried on walking, only shamed into picking them back up when i said "excuse me, i think you've accidently dropped your pie dishes"
Also, had to laugh- taking my dog out the other day, there were a gang of kids/teens sat on a garden wall, my lovely mutt decided to crap on the floor right in front of them. I'm stood there, bag in hand waiting till she'd finished and listening to them nearly throwing up, it was very funny!
