Getting rid of muscles

This summer I went on an expedition to Costa Rica with World Challenge (by the way I really recommend it). Part of the 4 weeks was spent trekking and as a result I've developed quite big calf muscles. The problem is they don't look nice and toned like athletes or anything and to be honest they just look like I've got fatter over the summer. I'm scared to try and tone them in case they just end up bigger so I was wondering if ther is a way to get rid of muscle. I also don't just want to leave it in case it turns to fat. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks x x x

i think aerobics might help slim the muscle.
Well, they won't turn to fat. Muscle and fat are two very different things. But don't be scared to tone them, unless you're using heavy weights it isn't going to make them any bigger than they already are.
Yes they won't go to fat the muscle will just shrink to its normal size try running aerobics or skipping to get them trimmed or wear high heels if you're a woman
