I asked a question about apps in the finacial section and since then have received over 700 e-mail notification of answers even though I am marked as unsubscribed. The actual replies number about 14. Help.

There was a problem yesterday - see 'Help, I'd AB attacking me' in chatterbank - but it seems to have cleared.  At least I've not had any more emails.  I had hundreds yesterday.

Upon checking I seem to have stopped receiving them. Scrolling through 18 pages of e-mails to make sure I am not throwing out something important.

I feel your pain, Donny.  We seem to be ok now though, thank goodness.  That was a real gremlin in the works.

donny and Naomi, is it GMail?  Mine have stopped, don't know if that's because the filters and blocks I put in place have kicked in or if GMail has identified them as spam for everyone and blocked them

Nor me.  I think it's happening across the board.  Mine seem to be coming from an old thread I was subscribed to ten years ago. Someone added to it yesterday, hence generating a notification - well, several hundred actually.  I've unsubscribed but this mornings batch also seem linked to that old thread.
