When you have sent a message via the Contact Us facility, is there anyway of checking that it has been received?

you get a confirmation e mail Tilly.. but rarely do they enter into any dialogue

Only by their actions as far I'm aware (Tech team as well) I've only contacted them once to remove one of my own posts which redirected to personal information less than half hour later it was gone.

Does to confirmation email arrive as soon as you have sent the message, Minty, or do you have to wait for it?

No doubt it is an automatic computerised 'Confirmation of Receipt' which doesn't mean that a Gnome has read an Email posted to AB.
