Instant Tab Posting Updates?

Is there a way for TAB to automatically download new posts as they are sent, or do I just have to keep pressing 'refresh'? For example, people answer crossword queries in seconds so they must get the queries very quickly.

There is a way, but our first, next goal is to get the site fully responsive (i.e. you can go to the same address for a question, and it looks good across mobile and desktop).
