Yep, very 'jolly'.... gives every tit who hasn't ridden a bike in years, has no idea about road safety (or more likely 'pavement' safety), probably not much idea where they're going, no cycle helmet and highly likely to be running late the opportunity to just where they're going without a thought for others.
