Just select the image you want and confirm

Since you have an avatar displayed on AB, to change it you don't have to do anything here but go to ravatar.com, select your new picture and make sure that it is rated G. If you no longer want the old avatar then delete that once the new one has been selected (then there can't be any doubt about which avatar will be used).

Thing is I could not activate gravatar from work so I have opened a new account from here at home on my phone

Make sure the email address you registered with the new Gravatar account is the same as the one you have registered on Ab.
