1. IE9 CSS fixes implemented. This should fix for WP7 phones as well.
2. Logout button can be found on the footer
3. We've added prev/next/first/last buttons to the questions (!)
4. We think we've dealt with some of the cut-off issues (needs more testing)
5. We think we've fixed the "feature" where users were logged out after a short period of time (needs testing)
6. We've fixed the issue where posts didn't appear without a refresh

We will implement "last post by" feature later in the week as well as the user profiles.

Ta!
Using WP7:

1. CSS now seems MUCH better, and much closer to the "regular" site.

2. Works. However, there still seems to be no "Remember me" feature, so have to log in again after every Session expiry.

3. Works. Mobile site now, more or less usable.

4. I don't think I experienced those...

5. Haven't seen that either. What have you set as the Session timeout value?

6. Hmm. I've just looked at this thread on the mobile site, and neither sunny-dave's post nor your reply to it is showing, even after a refresh. I've just posted a reply through the mobile site which did appear instantly, but it's the only reply showing...
And the reply I posted on the mobile site isn't appearing on the "regular" site.
Nibble just posted from his mobile, it's come through on this site?
Also, the threads in the mobile site aren't displayed in the same order as those on the regular site. E.g. if I go into Chatterbank on the mobile site, this is the order of the threads that I see:

So, we have a problem!

Morning Mark.

I may have made this confusing by repeating the content across two sites.

The content you see on the mobile site is from the dev server and is only a slice of the main site. The mobile site is not "live" as it were.

"2. Works. However, there still seems to be no "Remember me" feature, so have to log in again after every Session expiry."

I'll add it to the list! Regarding the session timeout: I'm not sure!

"Nibble just posted from his mobile, it's come through on this site?"

Has it?
Well, mine still hasn't. Ed, it was posted as a reply to this thread at 09:37 this morning and simply says "Testing".

As regarding 1), I noticed that when answering a post the Submit button is covering most of the Cancel button when the device is vertical. Turning it horizontal shows the Cancel button very small with no text on it, and the Submit button as about four times wider than the Cancel button.
Ah! I didn't realise that the two site weren't using the same data! That explains that one... :-)
Certainly worked off my WP7 yesterday, all ok - my post appearing on the regular site in latest posts as expected.... Well Done Ed & Techies!!
Just testing to see whether app works from my phone.
Wow it did!
Just trying to test from my computer , how the 'Mobile' set-up works.

It will be interesting to see if this message, posted from my computer via the mobile link, gets into the system and correctly into it's intended section.

Ron
The idea is from your mobile to site.....:D

Anyone wishing to test can use the link in the footer of the page.
Tetsnig testbig 143

well at all seems to work ben even the voice recognition lol
Nibble....I know that but, as I do Not have a fancy mobile, it just a matter of interest on my part to know how everything works on AB.

I shall be sticking with my computer....I'm not interested in smartphones.

Ron.
Tried it and still don't like it, can't see the point of it as anyone with a half decent phone can use the normal site
I use the regular web site on my ipad and probably wouldn't change....
