Can't post answers on this site ?

I can log on OK, and submit a question but when I try to post an answer, or say thanks, there doesn't seem to be a way to "submit" this.
What am I doing wrong please ?

in the orange panel where the question appears, there should be a box in the bottom right-hand corner marked Submit, which I am about to click on...

(It stays greyed out until you actually type something in the main white box, though)

Trying using a different browser.

If you have an old one, the 'Submit' button might not be displaying correctly.

AB Ed, i have tried replying to one post, three goes, but connection seems to be slow, stop. Using Firefox, so shouldn't be a problem.
