Over the past few months I have started to notice my face is a bit red. Especially when I go out in the cold. To be honest I have been letting my diet slip lately and at least twice a week have big crispy baguettes filled with kebab meat and chips with garlic sauce for lunch. I have also stopped exercising. Anyway I have realised the errors of my way and gone on a diet with exercise every night and salads etc. I have put on weight big time but I am not worried about this as it will go in a few months but will the red face also go?

do you use a moisturiser or leave your face bare to the elements? Going from centrally heated places into icy winds can cause thread veins
"Over the past few months I have started to notice my face is a bit red."

One possible reason for this happening is the cold weather.

I always moisturise when I shave... but not when I go out in the cold. I generally ski most weekends at the moment too.

when I go out in the cold it goes red and sometimes when I drink it glows!
From you posting history on here, sound like you are up to no good, honeydip.

What do you mean up to no good? Like not healthy? I dont think I am at the moment I just hope this red face thing will go as my fitness will improve?
Just what I was thinking Society.

Just stop eating kebabs and get some exercise. Most people's faces go a bit rosy when they go out in the cold weather.

More to the point how can you eat kebab meat outside of the hours of midnight to 4 am?

prudie its pretty normal here to be honest they have sandwhich vans people sit outside during lunch and you get massive sandwiches and they always pack them full of chips too. Taste really good but not too healthy.
Well at least we know from your poo thread that it's not caused by straining...
