face goes red like a lobster in the sun

does anyone have a embarrassing problem like this... i know im on about the heat tonight... quite a bit... but this is and always has been a problem for me.. when im out in the sun.. i go red like a lobster...its not sunburn cos when i cool down it goes normal... i just find it embarrasing.. i know when its happening because i feel my face start burning...

It sounds like you have a ruddy complexion, which easily turns red. Common causes can be embarrassment, anger, heat, or alcohol. I've read a few extreme remedies that involve laser surgery, but wouldn't recommend something like that. Maybe people are ruddy (I am!), and you shouldn't be concerned. If it's uncomfortable because your face is warm from turning red, splashing some cool water on your face always helps!
