Thanks x stitcher and well done for that little bit of pleasure
I'm still the same this morning, not at all unhappy with that. The practice nurse weighed me in the week - seems I'd not been weighed there for three years - and I'm the same as the last weigh-on on record. Not that she knows that in between, I've gone up by that stone and come down again! Onwards and downwards, AB mates - the spring is here, those lighter-weight clothes are calling from the wardrobe!
Morning all, I've stayed the same this week which is good I suppose. At least I haven't put on :o)
Hi everyone well I have stayed the same too. For all that have stayed the same I have been like that since January then last week I lost 2lbs so I am looking for a loss next week.It is more difficult to lose after xmas that before as we seem to have a longer spell of really cold weather after and it was exceptionally cold this year.
Hi Xstitcher good for you every little counts. How's your weather over there we are getting some sun now and warmer at last so I am looking forward not too have to wear baggy tops. Onwards and Downwards we go again.
I'm so pleased. . .I've lost a pound and a half! I hadn't lost anything for ages. I'm going to start exercising this week on my friend's wii fit. Good luck for next week everyone!
Oh well done notafish. I can see you will be joining Helen Mirran on the wii thingy. Good luck. I need a kick in a certain area to get me back exercising. I have been very bad at that lately. Maybe admitting it will get me back on track.
Onwards and downwards................
Thanks xstitcher. I'm only exercising cos I'm doing it with a friend. I don't seem to have the will power to do it by myself, but I've promised her I will do it every week. I don't break promises to other people, but easily break promises I make to myself.
I hope that being occupied, with shopping, decorating and packing/unpacking for the next month or so will help keep me on the straight and narrow..... have to say my Wii will not be going ouch one at a time for a while...
