I've just bought a haggis for the first time and never tried it before does anyone have any suggestions on what to do with and what to serve with it?

I dunno to be honest jennean, that reply made me laugh though.

Last year the Good Food magazine suggested cooking it in the oven for (I think) around an hour.  Finished product looked quite nice and more appetising than boiled.

Serve the haggis on top of a nice steak along with chips (real ones not the oven baked rubbish) and onion rings. Add a little touch of pepper sauce over the steak.
This Haggis likes to be served frequently with Extra Cold Guinness...
