maybe a bit late asking this - as burns night has already been and gone !

but other than haggis neeps and tatties

what else can you do with haggis - chilli or a curry perhaps ???

In all of that, it's a real recipe for haggis scotch eggs, kopend

Haggis balls are properly known as Cairngorm Oysters. They should only be taken from freshly slaughtered haggi as nipping them off and returning the wee beastie to the hill sans plums is having a detrimental effect on population stability.
We usually use ours as a base for a shepherds pie. Cover with a selection of cooked vegetables, top with mashed potatoes creamed with parsnips,brown and enjoy
DTC obviously subscribes to the Keith Floyd method of cooking ;-)
My brother got married in Scotland, and one of the choices for the meal was chicken breast stuffed with haggis, with a whisky sauce. Very nice
