Is the myth true? Are there really the same amount of calories in guinnessa s there are in a roast dinner?! I've also heard that it's only (only!) 210 calories (i.e less than a pint of semi skimmed milk. Anyone know?!

I once remember seeing an ad in a magazine that showed a pint of Guinness next to a pint of lager. It said there were 232 cals in the lager and only 198 in the Guinness.
