Can anyone tell me ithe origin of the "man" figure used on album covers by a band called Einst�rzende Neubauten?. Looks sort of stone age. Help!!

Such as this...
Seems to be an (early) Chinese pictogram, perhaps meaning 'man'. Have a search for those two keywords, and maybe you'll turn up something.
The Einst�rzende primitive man logo has been described as a "Toltec petroglyph of a man combined with a sun symbol". There is also a myth/rumour that it is inscribed on a stone at Stonehenge.
